Hard House started as a humble pandemic project by a 30-something who became disillusioned by the health and fitness space. There was something missing after watching the coaching industry display its inabilities to move beyond "eat more protein," "let's plan better," and our favorite, "log your macros ahead of time." Despite the popularity of fitspo, professional cameras in the gym with their blocky tripods, and "what I eat in a day" videos, it wasn't producing a healthier, happier society.
The solution was clear. The psychology of behavior change and body image are the biggest pieces of the puzzle (and biggest influencers on lifestyle change), yet were missing from most who work in the field. Hard House began working to solidify it's place as the go-to for health behavior change for everyday people like you. Now, as a staff of trained-by-PhDs of coaches, we work night and day to dismantle diet culture and actually help you make changes that stick.
