Meet the Team
Shauna's love of health and fitness spans across the spectrum , rom hosting group fitness classes to one-on-one personal training. Beyond the gym, she uses her fitness to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and paddleboarding. Where Shauna really shines is helping her clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be with their nutrition and fitness goals.
Shauna is a LEO wife and mother of four teenagers. She enjoys quality time with her family through playing games (card and video!) and outdoor sports.
Sandi is an experienced CrossFit and nutrition coach, and enjoys working with general population athletes who struggle with under-eating and over-exercising. Sandi's history of eat less/move more negatively impacted her health and relationship with food, and has experienced first hand how learning to fuel appropriately and find a responsible balance with exercise is life-changing.
Sandi is a wife to a fireman, mother of two boys under 6, and splits her time between nutrition coaching and helping keep Hard House a well-oiled machine as COO.
Shelly truly embraces the active lifestyle through yoga, biking, and weightlifting, She thrives with helping women feel like themselves again, improve their health, and lose unwanted weight. She's places special emphasis on nutritious foods and loves working with clients with different dietary needs such as plant-based, gluten-free, etc.
Shelly is a wife and mom to a successfully launched son. She spends her free time with friends at her family cabin and teaching yoga class. Shelly is tasked with training/mentoring Hard House staff and supporting our clients as part of her role as Director of Coaching.

Sarah's speciality is combining nutrition science and the psychology of behavior change so that clients can make lifestyle changes that stick. Apart from coaching, Sarah is also the lead instructor inside Hard House University, and is co-instructor and program mentor for the Health Mindset Coaching certification.
Behind the scenes, Sarah is a mom of two teens, hybrid athlete, avid reader, amateur gardener, and aspiring rancher.
AJ's experience with diet culture was the catalyst that influenced her transition from a career in law enforcement to personal training and nutrition coaching. Watching her dad struggle through chemotherapy and eventually losing his battle with cancer was another impetus in wanting to help people improve their health through nutrition and exercise, using behavior change science to inform her coaching methods.
AJ is a LEO wife and mother of two, and spends her free time taking care of four dogs and six chickens. She is also an in-person trainer at her local gym located in Oregon and head of Hard House Training.
