Meet Allie Henrie, R.D.

How It Works

Nutrition Assessment: Prior to your Zoom call appointment, you'll complete an in-depth intake form so we can get down to business when we meet.

60-minute Private Session: You and Allie will collaborate to design a roadmap that meets your personal and nutritional needs with guidance for how to implement and troubleshoot as you go.

7-Day Post-Session Support: We'll stick with you! You'll have access to Allie via email support for 7 days to answer any questions and do any last minute troubleshooting.

Behavior Change Focus: We specialize in translating nutrition science into practical, realistic steps through evidence-based behavior change techniques that address the psychological aspects of eating patterns—not just the what, but the critical how of nutrition success.

No more guesswork and confusion. We're here to fill the gaps.
