I struggled with overeating, low self-confidence, and not following the plan, and it seemed like nobody could help me figure out why. After learning taking years to learn, build and implement the science of health behavior change, I founded Hard House to fill the gap in the coaching industry. Hard House serves are the go-to solution for everyday people to lear how to stop self-sabotaging, follow through, and finally become normal eaters.
