After spending years and thousands of dollars on different coaches and programs, I realized something: most companies aren’t equipped to help people get to the root of the problem.
I struggled with overeating, low self-confidence, and not following the plan. It seemed like nobody could help me figure out why. After finally learning eating skills and how to build a healthful diet (and stick with it), I founded Hard House to fill the gap in the industry. We are the one-stop solution for everyday people to stop self-sabotaging, follow through, and finally become normal eaters.
