I'm Sarah, your go-to guide for body image

I've spent the last 5+ years diving into the scientific study of body image and learning from renowned researchers in the field on how to help people develop positive body image.

When you’re not stressing over what to wear or worried about over-eating at the birthday party, you get to use that energy for what actually matters: saying yes to being in the photo, having sex with the lights on, and going to the beach more worried about forgetting your phone charger than how you look in a swimsuit.

Don’t get to 75 wishing you’d spent less time worrying about your appearance and more time doing the things that made you feel that you're an actual participant in your life. Let this be your sign that it all changes in 2025.
